104 Corporation was founded in 1996, and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2006 as the first and only Job Bank in Taiwan. We established the most efficient services for the hiring companies and job applicants to match their job demand and needs, and have been the market leader in terms of revenue, service quality, resume quantity and other aspects since our establishment. Our goal is “to give Taiwan a humanized employment services”, through out the years we have launched a comprehensive range of HR products and services to not only meets hiring companies and job applicants’ requirements, but also to keep up with our ultimate goals.

Currently, we served more than 210,000 corporate customers, and acquired more than 5 million resumes in our database. Based on the survey conducted by Nielsen in 2011, it showed the penetration rate among hiring companies was above70%, and among job applicants was more than 83%. The survey also demonstrated the results of our strong brand awareness above 96% through our continuous supply of high standard recruiting services and HR professional knowledge to both hiring companies and job applicants.

104 Group started with the Job Bank products and services, but we focused not only in our technology infrastructure to make the Job Bank products and services better, but also invested resources in launching a full ranged HR products and services to both hiring companies and job applicants that include: executive search, temporary staffing, HR systems & solution, HR consultation, and many other value added services to enhance our users experiences and recruiting results.

A total solution provider

As the human resource market matures, differentiation is becoming a crucial link to establish the product’s competitive edge. When a hiring company cannot clearly delineate job definitions and requirements, it leads to poor advertising quality and recruitment results. To address this issue, 104 Group provides a one stop shopping solution to the hiring companies to improve their recruitment results and experiences. With our greatest advantage, the solid 5 million resume database, we provide HR related survey, research and analysis that fulfill the government and industrial needs. 104 also releases the “104 recruiting index” from January, 2012 to give hiring companies and job applicants a better idea of the job market outlook.

To keep up with the change of the market and technologies, 104 has our fans page on Facebook to reach out to different groups of audience, and to keep a depth of relationship with them. We also launched 104 mobile applications on iOS and Android in May and September, 2011. It enabled the job applicants to search and apply for jobs anytime and anywhere.

Financial Strengths

Revenue totaled NTD 1,040 million and net income of NTD 228 million for 2011. The earnings per share before tax and after tax for 2011 were NT$ 7.8 and NT$ 6.71. 104 Group has zero debts and solid cash position of more than 1.2 billion. We were one of the corporate with net margin above 15% for 8 consecutive years surveyed by the Common Wealth magazine in 2009, and 2010 EPS performance was ranked no.20 among 784 listed companies.
