Local Unit & Position Description DNV is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Project assistant to join our Taiwan team. This role will be a contract position in Taichung, Taiwan for local projects. As the Project assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the accurate records of all the company's Project Documentation, documents/report preparation and translation, external/internal communication, daily report/TES registration. Job activities will include: o The project assistant will be involved is Controlling company and project documentation o Documents/report format check o Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion o Translating between English and Mandarin documents o Assist site engineer/inspector to register daily report/TES claim o Responsible for meeting minutes (English/Chinese) o Regular communication between client and internal resources o Any duties assigned by Project Manager/line managers Position Qualifications Education and competence o 2-year experiences in EPC projects or Public Construction Projects o Required: Bachelor's degree required in an English-related or Engineering-related discipline o Languages: must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to write clear and detailed technical reports, presentations and emails in English and Mandarin (mandatory). o High level of integrity and confidentiality Travel o First 3-4 months will be trained in project office (Taichung city) o Willingness and ability to travel within Taiwan (Kaohsiung, Taipei, Taichung)

1.具有公共工程品管人員證書 2.三年以上海底輸氣管線或離岸風電或海事工程經驗 3.依據公共工程品質管理規定執行現場品管工作，能配合現場工作 4.能配合出差，出差地點為高雄永安和苗栗通霄 5.具有能溝通之英文程度，能夠閱讀英文報告並撰寫中文報告 6.具有良好電腦技能(如office) 7.長官交辦事項

1. 機械、電機、電子、化工背景 2. 5年以上公共工程/化工廠監造經驗 3. 工地現場監造作業 4. 執行公共工程品管規定之相關作業 5. 具(機電)品管工程師證照佳 (公司可提供培訓) 6. 主管指派之工作 7. 提供外地住宿與交通補貼 8. 能配合國內出差 (台北、高雄等) 9. 公司提供現場作業技術之相關培訓

1. 負責專案現場文件管理 2. 負責工地現場行政庶務，包含收發函文及歸檔 3. 編制相關報表等文書工作 4. 負責會議記錄與現場翻譯 5. 有工地相關經驗佳 6. 能配合出差(台北、高雄) 7. 須具備英文溝通能力，能進行現場翻譯，TOEIC>750 8. 公司提供差旅補貼 9. 專案約
