Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Design, R&D, and Systems Engineering teams to influence early architectural and concept-level decisions from a quality and feasibility perspective. - Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product requirements and expectations are clearly integrated into development plans via DfQ principles. - Oversee or support the execution of FMEA, Control Plans, and capability studies by coordinating relevant experts and stakeholders. - Facilitate structured feedback loops with customers and internal teams to validate progress and adjust development plans as needed. - Ensure alignment and accountability across design, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to meet project timelines and quality milestones. - Track and escalate quality gaps, misalignments, or emerging risks, and work cross-functionally to drive timely resolution. - Champion the continuous improvement of DfQ processes, workflows, and tools to enhance future project execution and product success. Job Requirements: - At least 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong communication and influencing skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English. - Proven experience in utilizing program and project management tools to plan, track, and deliver results across multiple initiatives. - Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of successfully managing all aspects of complex programs — including stakeholder communication, cross-functional coordination, and resource alignment. - Confident in presenting program plans, proposals, and outcomes to senior leadership, and skilled in negotiating across organizational levels.
