This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to align with our company’s vision of leveraging AI technology to advance healthcare standards in Taiwan. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional sales strategy, achieving financial targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. Serve as a role model by demonstrating inclusive leadership and championing Heroic Faith's core values. ■Market Growth Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Collaborate with marketing, product, and medical teams to deliver impactful solutions that address clinical and operational needs. ■Customer Focus Understand and address the unique challenges of the Taiwan healthcare market, particularly in moderate sedation and non-intubated anesthesia. Gather insights from healthcare providers to refine strategies and develop tailored solutions. ■Operational Excellence Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and ensure achievement of revenue and profit goals.
