• Responsible for the daily analysis and maintenance of MBMW (Multi-Beam Mask Writer) equipment at the customer site to ensure maximum tool uptime and stability.
• Perform daily system and facility checks, as well as routine preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and recover tools in case of system errors or incidents, based on a morning/afternoon rotational shift and on-call support schedule.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM), including troubleshooting and part replacement.
• Operate, calibrate, and optimize MBMW performance.
• Support tool installation across all phases, including coordination, testing, and acceptance.
• Responsible for task documentation, and for creating and updating service records in the company’s ticketing system.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer (Service Support) to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in tool installation, maintenance, and tool upgrades within our systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in guaranteeing the seamless integration and optimal performance of our semiconductor manufacturing tools.
Your responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless integration of new tools into the production fleet.
• Conduct planned and regular maintenance to ensure tools operate at peak efficiency and reliability.
• Implement tool upgrades to enhance performance and support new product developments.
• Utilize basic project management skills to organize schedules, prepare Gantt charts, and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take the technical on-site lead depending on assignments, overseeing the project, and ensuring successful completion in line with objectives.
• Follow SOPs and proactively contribute to their improvement whenever necessary to enhance efficiency and safety.

• Regular monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of machine performance.
• Providing first line application support by controlling the multi-beam mask writer.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software System Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting software issues within our system. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing effective solutions to improve overall performance.
• Analyze equipment malfunctions, investigate the cause of software failures and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Use your technical knowledge and problem solving skills to support our on-site and first level team to promptly resolve software issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Perform routine inspections of our systems to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they become critical problems.
• Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to gather relevant information, share ideas and develop effective solutions to complex software system problems.
• Recommend and implement preventive maintenance plans, including regular maintenance, repair and replacement of components, to optimize asset performance and extend asset life.
• Keep accurate records of troubleshooting activities, including observations, test results and recommended solutions. Produce detailed reports to communicate findings and recommended solutions to management and relevant departments.
