【發展沿革】 「添恩行有限公司 / 天恕工業有限公司」自民國72年正式完成登記註冊，展開營運迄今業已超過三十年，在銷售專業用五金工具的行業中，成為信譽卓著的主要供應商。以擴大對台灣內銷市場及國外市場的銷售能量。營運迄今，業已建立直接銷售交易關係的全省客戶，包括五金超市、工具店、五金行等，總數超過八百餘家。 天恕工業有限公司自創立之初，即本持著以銷售各式各類的專業工具，供國內建築測量、板模及木工裝潢、園藝農業等專業施工所需為其主要的營運目標，不僅持續的自日本、歐美各國引進多項品質優異且符合人體工學的手工具及量測工具，並積極尋求與國內、外製造廠家，合作開發價格低廉且品質穩定的產品，以持續保持其對台灣市場的競爭能力。 【未來願景】 近年來由於雷射科技大量應用在量測工具方面，天恕工業有限公司分別自日本及中國引進或與國內著名的製造廠家合作開發出室內、外均可使用的雷射水平儀，使國內建築測量及室內裝潢的施工作業更為簡易精準，亦使天恕貿易有限公司在既有的專業用手工具的營運外，拓展出另一個全新的領域。 1. 發展產品的自我品牌為庚續拓展國內市場的主要方法之一，天恕工業有限公司將持續不斷的尋求國內、外優良的製造廠商，共同投資開發更具競爭力的新產品，建立註冊商標的品牌形象，以爭取客戶及市場的認同。 2. 除庚續拓展國內市場外，發展外銷市場亦為天恕貿易有限公司未來的經營重點之一，透過現有的外商渠道及參與國際展會的方式，將台灣產製的優異產品，外銷至海外市場。 The Course of Change and Development Tian Shuh Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in the year of 1964 as a trading company which dealt with professional hardware applying for architecture, molding, interior design decoration, agriculture, gardening, DIY handtools, and laser instruments. With primary business in trading transactions, instead of operating on the commission basis, we have established our own selling channel and inventory for doing business directly with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. So far, there are over 800 customers currently doing business directly with Tian Shuh in Taiwan and this number is still growing over time. We are not only continually importing ergonomic handtools and measuring tools, but also actively cooperating and developing new products with major suppliers and manufacturers allocated in Japan, China, Korea, Germany, and the U.S.A. Up to now, there are over 1,200 items of merchandise under process in order to compete with other suppliers in the Taiwanese market. Future Vision Because of the laser technology that has been largely applied on the measuring instruments in the recent years, Tian Shuh imported multi line lasers which can be used in both interior and exterior space from Japan, and China, and local famous manufacturers. These high technological measuring instruments enable domestic architectural measurement and interior design construction to become easier and more accurate, and also broaden the current operation and selling field of Tian Shuh. 1.Establishing our unique brand and image is one of the main ideas to develop domestic market. Tian Shuh will keep developing and investing new products with high competence from both local and manufacturers with great reputations. 2.Besides expanding the local market, developing international business has becomes one of our major focuses in managing operation. Through our current exporting channel and join international hardware exhibitions, we introduce and export outstanding products which are made in Taiwan to foreign buyers and overseas markets.
