We're looking for a proactive, friendly and organised individual to coordinate regular social activities for our students from around the world. This is a great opportunity for a university student looking to gain hands-on experience in an international, multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise 3 student lunches per week (Mon–Fri, flexible days)
- Plan and host 1 weekday activity per week (e.g. mahjong, museum visit, traditional painting, etc.)
- Lead 2 Saturday events per month (e.g. cultural outings, day trips, food tours)
- Ensure all activities run smoothly, are safe, inclusive and fun
- Communicate clearly with students to promote each activity
- Gather feedback and help improve future events
You Are:
- A confident communicator in English
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable leading small groups (5–12 people)
- Proactive and full of ideas for student-friendly activities
- Adaptable and flexible
- Passionate about intercultural exchange and international environments
Preferred Profile:
- Current university student (any major)
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or student life is a plus
- Interest in working with international students or in education
