API 技術支援與多語言協助 - 協助客戶以不同程式語言（如 JavaScript、Java、Python、PHP、C# 等）串接公司 API。 - 能閱讀、理解多種語言的 API 範例及錯誤訊息，針對客戶需求調整範例並提供技術建議。 - 使用 Postman、Curl 等工具協助模擬 API 請求。 - 能閱讀並理解專案內相關程式碼（Java/Spring Boot），協助技術排錯與問題定位，並將分析結果回饋給相關團隊。 2. 三方專案協作與溝通 - 參與三方串接專案會議與三方串接群組（客戶、第三方館、內部開發），協助需求溝通、問題澄清與解決方案討論，確保專案進度與訊息同步，並告知開發團隊，確保三方串接資訊完善，協助開發團隊串接新場館。 - 會議後負責彙整會議討論重點、客戶及第三方客服的回饋，主動追蹤專案進度與相關任務。 3. 文件維護與知識管理 - 根據專案需求與會議回饋，主動優化對外 API 文件、FAQ 及內部知識庫內容，提升支援效率與資訊透明度。 - 定期維護 API 技術文件，確保說明內容、程式範例與文件版本即時更新且易於理解。 - 能判斷問題屬於客戶端、第三方還是公司 API 端，蒐集常見問題與痛點，並將解決方式知識化，降低重複性問題發生，並提交相關報告給該單位優化。 4. 後台操作支援與日常技術客服 - 熟悉公司後台管理系統，協助客戶處理後台操作疑問、資料查詢或異常日誌排查。 - 協助 debug 客戶串接失敗問題，並針對客戶不合法的請求（如 API呼叫格式、參數、資料驗證、token、資料型態、signature...）進行問題分析與協助解決。 5. 其他主管交辦事項 - 包含臨時專案技術支援、跨部門協作等。 職位要求 1. 具備 API 串接與 Debug 經驗，熟悉 RESTful API、HTTP、OAuth 等標準協定。 2. 能閱讀並理解至少兩種程式語言（如 JavaScript、Java、Python、PHP、C#）的程式範例及錯誤訊息，能快速學習其他語言範例，其中須熟悉 Java 語言，可協助閱讀專案程式碼及錯誤日誌，定位並排查問題。 3. 具備良好的技術溝通、跨部門協調與需求澄清能力。 4. 熟悉 API 文件工具（如 Swagger、Postman），有 API 文件撰寫或維護經驗尤佳。 5. 有專案協作經驗，能獨立負責會議紀錄、需求追蹤及資訊同步。 6. 具備主動學習、解決問題與優化文件流程的能力。 7. 具備良好團隊合作與自我管理能力。 - 具備基礎資訊安全與客戶資料保護意識，能正確處理敏感資訊。
