【About the job】 The soll engineering team is responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of our entire product ecosystem—including the mobile app, supplier backend system, backend services, cloud infrastructure, databases, and data analytics platform. We prioritize security, performance, reliability, and exceptional user experience, while continuously striving to build an environment that fosters innovation and growth. 【Responsibilities】 ● Lead technical architecture and design decisions across mobile, web, and backend systems ● Mentor and support engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software development ● Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX Design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions ● Drive core feature development with a focus on performance, security, and scalability; independently deliver large-scale systems ● Guide the evolution of our cloud infrastructure, leveraging services like AWS (or GCP/Azure) for CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization ● Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI tools, to enhance product capabilities, improve development efficiency, and deliver innovative user experiences.
