Join Singapore Airlines' dynamic team in Taiwan as a Cargo Reservations Executive in Taipei Office. This Taipei-based role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team based in driving SIA Taiwan’s cargo sales. The successful candidate is responsible for servicing customers to meet their air freight needs, securing optimal revenue support, maximizing cargo load factors, and applying yield management principles. Key Responsibilities • Achieve and exceed cargo sales targets by promoting the airline’s cargo services. • Maintain and grow the existing customer base of cargo agents, freight forwarders and clients by providing excellent service and regular follow-up. • Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts across various industries, as well as tap sales leads to grow revenue and achieve station’s revenue targets. • Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners and direct clients. • Collaborate with sales staff in Taiwan and head offices to maximize revenue opportunities and space utilisations. • Coordinate closely with cargo operations, customer service, and station team to ensure smooth uplift of shipments. Conduct checks and make arrangements for acceptance of general or special cargo. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports as well as market feedback to management. Requirements • Results-driven individual with strong business acumen and ability to identify data-led sales opportunities. • Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a strong team-player. • Ability to maintain composure and deliver high-quality performance in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). • Demonstrate personal integrity, adaptability, and a positive attitude. • Experience in airline, cargo or logistics industry would be an advantage. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training • Successful candidate will undergo a 3-month on-job training program in Taiwan to prepare for the role. Service Benefits Eligible for 15 days’ leave upon completion of 1 year’s service and free/concessional travel to any destination within Singapore Airlines’ network.
