1. Cover assigned territory with effective sales channel management. 2. Understanding of the business unit objectives. 3. Develop yearly business plan for sales channel. 4. Develop the ability to understand target account management. 5. Develop sufficient application knowledge and maintain proper market knowledge. 6. Develop good working relationship with other industry participants. 7. Effectively utilize support resources locally and in HQ. 8. Serve and develop customers in Centeral and Southern Taiwan.

1. Develop support-related training materials and hardware/software tools. 2. Attend tradeshows and conferences to provide an expert technical presence for Basler 3. Work closely with the Sales Team in Taiwan and provide product and technical support services to a wide range of our distributor and clients 4. Troubleshoot customer problems via phone, email, remote-access tools and visits 5. Take ownership of customer support cases and follow them through to resolution 6. Debug customer’s source code and write tailored code samples to ease their learning curve 7. Follow all company guidelines related to processes, record-keeping and others 8.
