Your key responsibilities will be: SHE, Quality & Security, Compliance and Management Systems: ISO 14001 Environment Management System: Act as the Management Representative for ISO 14001 environment management systems. Ensure that the management system is in place and maintained sustainable. Ensure a situable documentation system in place. Organize and conduct internal audits and management reviews within the organization and report the performance and recommend improvement opportunities to Management. Ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations; ENVALIOR SHE, Manufacturing, Quality and Security Requirements; ISO 9001and ISO 14001 requirements; and RoHS, REACH, and relevant customer requirements in the department. Ensure the management systems are effectively implemented and the requirements are followed in the department. Ensure that ENVALIOR Life Saving Rules are followed in TYN. Show leadership to promote safety and quality awareness, and safe and quality behavior in the department. Responsible for SHE and Quality performance in the department. Ensure that the working environment is safe and healthy. Participate as an active member of the Site Management Team for the Company’s safety, quality and environmental performance. Proactively communicate SHE and quality issues in the company, within own department and with external stakeholders. Coach subordinates for excellent SHE and quality performance. Ensure information security in the department Quality Assurance Approve product quality and release products.(deputy) Act as the Management Representative for the implementation of ISO 9001quality management systems. Ensure that the management system regarding Quality Assurance is in place and maintained sustainable. Ensure that a suitable documentation system is in place. Organize and conduct internal audits and management reviews within the organization and report the performance and recommended improvement opportunities to the Site Management. Provide guidance for all functions regarding quality assurance processes. Manufex and SAP Roles 1) Quality Manager in Quality Management Process: Process Owner of Quality Management, responsible for implementation of policy on Quality and quality management system Responsible for the implementation of the approved policy on Quality Responsible for having the quality management system validated by an independent party Responsible for defining Quality Performance Indicators Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting on Quality Performance Indicators 2) Key User for Quality Management Process: Responsible for giving functional input for system customization Responsible for preparing master data for system testing Responsible for stand alone functionality test Responsible for preparing work instructions where applicable Responsible for preparing training materials in Chinese if applicable Responsible for supporting in master data cleaning, harmonization and data migration. Floor walk supporting immediately after go live. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above with major in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, Environment or Safety or relative engineering. Good knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001. Local compliances/regulations related to Permits, Labor Law. Balanced temperament, able to work under pressure and prioritize. Ability to work in multicultural and international environment Good people management and communication skills. Good Computer skills. Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin. At least 10 years of experience in quality and SHE management; Experienced in project management; Certificates in environment/OSHA relevant.

SHE & Security To comply with Envalior SHE requirements and Local legislations. Manufex (SAP related)  Responsible for capacity planning analysis and capacity availability check, coordination of line mission changes to optimize capacity allocation if necessary,  Responsible for the master production schedule, based on the agreed upon S&OP meeting decision which is made with communication during SCM, Souring, Manufacture and Financial teams,  Responsible for the monitoring the Daily Production Planning compared to the Master Production Schedule, in consultation with manufacture teams,  Responsible for reporting important deviations between the Master Production Schedule and the S&OP in consultation with the SCM managers,  Responsible for monthly inventory control in consultation with SCM managers.  Responsible for the detailed production scheduling based on the Master Production Schedule, and considering the Material Requirement Planning and Capacity Requirement Planning.  Responsible for communicating the detailed production schedule to the Production engineers.  Responsible for timely resolving short-term production planning problems, in consultation with related SCM manager.  Responsible for checking production readiness and material availability to enable the execution of the detailed production schedule, and for initiating related actions if necessary.  Responsible for preparing production/process orders aligned with the detailed production schedule and based on the approved Bill of Materials.  Responsible for the timely handover of production process orders and related instructions to the production engineers.  Responsible for coordinating related teams: Manufacture/SCM/OTC to work out solution when interruptions happen in productions to satisfy customer demand.  Responsible for initiating and registering call-off orders on authorized volume contracts, based on scheduled material requirements.  Responsible for call-off order administration.  Responsible for monitoring outstanding call-off orders.  Responsible for Re-handling job in urgent requirements, such as repack, re-pallet- re-check, etc.  Responsible for Backorder processing, communicate with Commercial Assistants. Manufex (Non SAP related): (1) Reduce the Blocked/Obsolete/Rework materials. (2) Update production schedule daily. (3) Support customer special sampling request (4) Consolidate materials supplier complaint issues outside VRM/system and assist on communication between TYN and suppliers. Knowledge and educational level 1. Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain or relevant majorities 2. Sound knowledge in operation management including forecast, capacity, inventory planning etc. 3. Sound knowledge of ERP system. 4. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. 5. Personnel Management, and good communication skills e.g. English. Required level of experiences 1. At least 3 years experience in related area. 2. ERP (SAP) knowledge and MRP running experiences. 3. Planning experience, including raw material and production planning and inventory controlling. 4. Urgent events handling, such as markets demand fluctuating sharply, raw material supplying chain failed in short term.
