As an optical metrology engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting optical measurement systems, with a focus on optical thin film filters and optical component metrology. Specifically, you will need to: 1. Innovate and Implement: Design, test, and implement metrology solutions to ensure accuracy and precision in measuring optical filters and optical components. Stay updated on advancements in novel metrology technologies and be open to new ideas. 2. Analyze Data: Analyze and interpret measurement data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product optimization. Identify and resolve technical issues in measurement to ensure reliable performance. 3. Collaborate: Partner with R&D, engineering, and production teams to integrate metrology solutions into processes. Experience with spectrophotometers, ellipsometry, optical spectrum analyzers (OSA), or laser optics metrology is particularly preferred.
