Digital Integration Engineer (數位集成自動化工程師)

-Achieve industry 4.0 smart factory - Work Excellence.
-Conduct a more comprehensive standardized solution that is easily supportable and would grow with our needs.
-Plan and Integrate Group factory automation.
-Host cross-functions discussion and meeting, and experience sharing.
-Work with operators and site engineers to generate value-added reports for better monitoring and management.
-Build predictive models with data, test models on results and verify the model in real-world settings.
-Focus on process optimization, data analysis and reporting dashboard and develop best practices for instrumentation and experimentation and communicate those requirements to relevant units.
-Provide engineering support for all issues related to product quality and machine efficiencies.

工作條件

  • 接受身份: 上班族
  • 工作經歷: 二年以上
  • 學歷要求: 大學 碩士
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
  • 其它條件: -Bachelor degree or higher, Major in chemical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, industrial engineering, statistics related field.
    -2 years of process control, quality improvement, automation engineering, or data manipulation and statistical analysis and modeling.
    -Familiar with Quantitative analytical skills, Logical and analytical thinking, and processes.
    -Comfortable with data analysis & visualization using analytic tools with the capability of creating, planning, and analyzing.
    -6+ months on project management and troubleshooting complex systems in a heterogeneous environment.
    -Good English language capability.
    -Experience with supporting manufacturing automation projects and leading the integration efforts a plus.
    -Lean Manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
