On site/Pipeline Sales

  • 全職

The job holder will lead and develop new IG opportunities and maximize the performance of existing L/B accounts, on site plant. The main responsibilities will be in two areas.

1. New Business Opportunities
• Emerging "business sense". Emerging mastery of at least one commercial discipline (e.g. sales, marketing, product management) or successfully demonstrated skills in multiple disciplines; understanding of IG technologies and offerings.
• Lead the team (engineering, supply chain and operation) on I/G (On-site/pipeline, total gas supply and rare gas) offerings and solutions directly to the customers.
• Responsible for all aspects of commercial activities for new business development including developing commercial strategy, coordinating the bid preparation work with GEM, CE, Supply chain, GO, BDS, and Legal, preparing bidding document, negotiating contract term, and seeking for various internal management approvals to pursue the new business opportunities.
• Lead the development of the long-term commercial strategy for new business opportunities by understanding customers’ requirements and submitting product offerings meeting customers’ expectations and maximizing the overall profitability of our offerings.

2 Accounts Management of on-site/pipeline and rare gas business
• Coordinate the execution plan with the customers and manage issue resolving effort.
• Lead commercial and operation activities in all aspects for growing new business (new scope, new customers, new contracts, and contract rolls) with existing accounts.
• Foster/Develop a sound relationship with the key customers in conjunction with Focus Account Managers. Ensure Air Products is meeting customers’ overall gases requirements and also fully understand how Air Products can continue to add value to their future business.
• Account for delivering operating plan target and improving the performance of onsite and rare gas.
• Continuous improvement for P&L through functional coordination and alignment
• Lead/coordinate internal functional teams during the execution phase of new project.

  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 其它條件: 1. 6+~8+ years of experience in commercial/sales/Engineering experiences of gas industry in the areas of onsite role, field sales or other relevant experience
    2. Good understanding of the IG industry and Air Products’ offerings to the industry and general understanding of common business and industrial environment in Taiwan
    3. Ability to demonstrate leadership to integrate all the functional groups ( GEM, GO, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance…) to win the business as a team
    4. Able to command of English, both verbal and written
    5. Financial knowledge of capital project investments & operation (i.e. IRR, NPV and OROI) is a plus.
