Sales position : Management Associate

  • 全職

Provides administrative services and support to department head and staff to enable them to complete their work efficiently. This position is responsible for managing division’s capital/fixed asset. To complete intensive training within 2-3 years to learn about Sales, and 4-6 years in other functions to become excellent talent for Sales and for Amway Taiwan management level.
1. Provide administrative services (e.g. arrangement of appointments, meetings, and travels; phone call screening; processing mails; letter typing etc.) to the department head to enable him/her to concentrate on other work.
2. Carries out the special task that assigned by department head to complete it timely and with quality. Act as Division’s Capital Administrator to manage capital/fix asset.
3. Prepares and draft reports and emails by collecting and analyzing data.
4. To complete on-the-job training at Sales and other divisions to well understand the functions of the company.

    Minimum relevant requirements:
    1. With strong analytical skill. Professional and approachable style, able to work with various functions and levels in an organization.
    2. Experience in multi project management. Good in cross departments communication and coordinator.
    3. Fluent in English speaking& writing.
     Special Skill Requirement:
    Presentation skill, enthusiastic, analytical, good in coordination & communication skill. Proficiency in MS Office. Good at communication, organizing and coordination.
    Language: Good command of Taiwanese and Mandarin.
    Proficient in English.
    Most challenging part of the job:
    1. Strategic Thinking; Ability to manage multiple projects on time.
    2. Prepares and drafts reports/emails by collecting/analyzing data.
