E&I Engineer 儀電工程師 (林園)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The responsibility of this role is to install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on electrical equipment, process instruments, electrical power systems, process control system (DCS, PLC etc.,).
2. Maintain plant equipment at its maximum operating efficiency, provide good reliability to enhance plant productivity, safety and reliability and reduce FAM cost.
3. Manage the process control systems, such as DCS, PLC, PI etc. with the knowledge of configuration, programming and trouble-shooting.
4. Implement MtS module in SAP system, Develop maintenance strategy and inspection program (PM/PdM) and execute PM/PdM to achieve plant reliability and safety.
5. Responsible for planning and supporting all phases of capital investment projects including concept development, estimating, basic engineering, detailed engineering and design, procurement, and construction and start-up of new or modified production facilities.
6. Pursue trouble-shooting, failure analysis, scoping of more complex problems and handoff to defect elimination. Lead Root Cause Analysis on PCT failures to achieve plant reliability and safety.

- 負責製程控制系統，如DCS、PLC、PI等，具備配置、編程和故障排除的能力。
- 於SAP系統中操作維護程序，制定維護策略和維護保養（PM / PdM）並執行PM / PdM確保工廠可靠度和安全性。
- 負責規劃和執行工程專案的所有階段，包括設計開發、評估、基礎工程、工程執行、採購，以及新建或改造工程之試運轉。
- 執行故障排除，故障分析，複雜問題分析及解決。針對PCT設備的故障執行根本原因分析，以實現工廠的可靠度和安全性。
