【Global E-business】45-65K Customer Service (Japanese/Cantonese/Korean 日語粵語韓語擇一須精通)JPS_852

Responsibilities:

_Customer Service – assisting customers over email and via inbound and outbound phone calls
_Helping ticket sellers (individuals and businesses) get tickets posted for sale, and shipped out to customers on time
_Providing customers travelling internationally with up to the minute event and ticket order information
_Troubleshooting time sensitive issues on event days, including supporting last minute ticket collections at concert and sports venues
_Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution
_Telesales – advising customers on their ticket requirements and closing ticket sales for customers over the phone, in particular for international events, VIP tickets and packages


Skills and Attributes:

_A native speaker of English
_Self-starter
_Organized and reliable with attention to detail
_Excellent multi-tasking skills
_Hungry to take on responsibility and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
_Outstanding written and oral communication
_A sense of humor and positive, “make-it-work” attitude
_Eligibility to work in Taiwan
_Fluency in Japanese or Cantonese or Korean.
_BA or equivalent from a leading university
