Kering_Store Manager 店經理 (台北區)

Business Development
• Actively recruit new customers and maintain existing VIPs
• Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve the sales objectives
• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to new and existing clients
• Manage and support stock levels through direct communication HQ merchandiser and market leader
• Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates to ensure the team is fully educated on brand story and collections
• Communicate with shopping mall landlords to develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Leader to enhance sales
• Lead the team to consistently establish relationships and propose local events through continuous networking and support product

Performance and Talent Management
• Coach, motivate, retain and evaluate staff, ensuring people collaborate, share information and work for the good of the team
• Identify and create action plans and build development plans for all employees
• Manage the allocation of staff resources and scheduling to effectively drive sales and ensure customer service
• Collaborate with Market Leader and Human Resource Manager for all employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.

Operations
• Recap daily, monthly store performance to HQ
• Report current business trend to cover every aspect of the business, as well as, competitor performance
• Responsible for ensuring an effective staff schedule according to the traffic trends
• Monthly inventory control

  • 工作經歷: 五年以上
  • 學歷要求: 高中 專科 大學 碩士
  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
  • 其它條件: • Minimum 5 years of experiences in a similar capacity from the retail or service industry preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion
    • Well-groomed and driven with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills to manage teams in achieving objectives of all aspects
    • Independent individual with strong decision making skills
    • Passionate in growing a career within the luxury industry
