Amphenol Industrial Group Sales Director – Asia Pacific

  • 全職

 To lead a regional sales team to design-in and sell all Amphenol Industrial products i.e. connectors and interconnect systems across Asia Pacific including Taiwan, Korea, Japan, India, Singapore, and ASEAN countries.
 Promote cross selling of products and technologies from different industrial business units to strategic industrial customers.
 To lead and grow a regional sales team of about 30 sales staff. Managing monthly order booking, annual budget and sales expenses.
 To coach and support sales staff through joint customer visits and conference calls. To chair meetings, conference calls on sales pipelines, monthly order forecast, quarterly business review, and annual sales budget of different business units.
 To build an excellent partnership with the management teams of different industrial business units.

  • 其它條件:  Working experience: at least 15 years of experience on sales team management and 5-10 years of interconnect sales experience. Sales management capability on businesses above US$100M.
     Experience in industrial market: Be very familiar with a few segments such as Heavy Equipment, Rail Mass Transit, Process Control, Automation, Instrumentation, Medical Equipment, Lighting, HEV & EV, Energy Storage, Solar & Wind Energy, Sustainable Energy etc.
     Characteristics Requirements: Integrity, Passionate, Creative and Aggressive, System thinking with a vision of long-term success. Capabilities on coaching & development sales people. Be accountable on numbers & lead the team toward goals. Frequent travels as required.
     Office software requirement: Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills and knowledge of sales management systems.
