China Account Sales Manager(Local Hire)

Summary of Position:
1. Promote businesses at targeted accounts following China sales plan and relevant customer strategy to achieve sales growth profitably in the long term perspective.
2. Working Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Develop new customers/new markets/ new applications
2. Develop new business opportunity at existing customers to fulfill Annual plan
3. Maintain key accounts’ relationship
4. Coordinate tech/quality events between customer and company
5. Customer database maintain
6. Making business plan and proposal, beat yearly monthly / quarterly / yearly company target on design win / POM / Booking / Shipment / etc
7. Support general bookkeeping for monthly expenses and petty cash management (coordinate with in house Finance and Accounting team)
8. Collect and maintain responsible accounts' business database, carry out analysis on current status and potential
9. Plan and prepare visits to customers; reveal customer needs, define short and medium actions and sales plans, conduct follow up and review periodically
10. Follow up ongoing activities and monitor potential opportunities or compelling events at customers while involving all relevant stakeholders internally and externally
11. Maintain high quality pipeline, report business activities and share customer & market information timely with internal team
12. Prepare and create quotes in line with the valid relevant guidelines, propose appropriate commercial solutions;
13. Facilitate relationship between customers and DPS, initiate and coordinate focused actions to increase customer satisfactions where necessary (e.g. Quality, Delivery) involving the accountable parts of the organization,
14. Work out sales plan & Strategy of specific account, co-work with other department to close design win case
15. Maintain CRM System with customer relevant information
16. Perform other related duties as required

  • 其它條件: • This is a China local hire position, candidates working in China currently is preferred
    • At least 5-year experience as sales account manager in Electronics Components Industry.
    • Experience in refrigerator market/product is preferred
    • Experience in multinational company or customer relationship management is preferred
    • Fluent in English and Japanese(N1 Level) is required

    Other Requirements:
    • Must be able to effectively communicate concepts to all levels of personnel in the Company in understandable terms.
    • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
    • With professional interpersonal skill to communicate with FAE / Customer Service / Engineering team staffs.
    • Good organizational and coordination skills and discretion of confidential information
    • Positive attitude, highly responsible, self-motivated, reliable and flexible
    • Problem Solving & managing the complexity skills
    • Good computer skill on Microsoft Office latest version operations, and excellent Excel Skills is preferred.
