FP&A Head

  • 全職

To lead the design, set-up and timely availability of effective and efficient short-term and long-term planning and forecasting, advance warning mechanisms for financial performance and financial Opportunities & Risk management, and accurate and high quality reporting, analysis and presentations.

- Strategic Planning: 3 year brand wise strategic overview & forecast in collaboration with enabling functions, and the franchise BPAs. Finalize proposal and presentation for Cluster.
- Budgeting Process: Next year target planning at brand level on top line and resource allocation to maximize investments and results, consolidate the input from
the Franchise BPAs for the total picture of Pharma Taiwan.
- Latest Outlook: Monthly performance review of the key brands on which he/her is in charge. Consistently evaluate consolidated risks & opps; prepare final presentation to Cluster / Region including all analytics for the business review.
- Provide financial support as business partner to assigned franchises, including Integrated Product Strategy and strategic imperatives financial assessment.
- Ensure the Pharma Taiwan is compliant with internal control standards, reporting requirements, accounting guidance. Engage with NGSC and ensure issues are fully attended in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate high standards of curiosity to drive continuous improvement of financial processes and improve performance from external metrics.
- Manage local BPC system and optimize system setup by working with global support team in Hyderabad.

    • Financial analysis experiences with multi-national companies
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ideally good understanding of Pharma business cycle and financial issues, including its regulatory environment
