Market Access Lead/Market Access Manager

  • 全職

Primary objectives include, but are not limited to:
- Set a clear short and long term stakeholder engagement plan with relevantstakeholders in the Taiwan Health Authority. Able to foster and develop relationships and contacts with external stakeholders, such as, the National Health Insurance Administration, IRPMA, AmCham, ECCT members, reimbursement KDMs and Therapeutic Leaders.
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Regulatory to execute superior local BU/ brand and P&R strategies.

Key Outputs and measurements
- Conduct regular multidisciplinary function operational meetings throughout the year. Ensure commercial and P&R strategic and tactical execution by addressing relevant issues, maximizing participation, fostering innovation and input and follow-up action items.
- Provide guidance and insight into strategic planning process as it relates to the external environment, government interventions, and public policy.

Skills, Competencies and Knowledge
- Very strong relationship skills with ability to develop long-term sustainable interactions with relevant stakeholders.
- Able to effectively work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory and new product launch success.
- Strong ability on reimbursement dossier development, and HEOR.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate succinctly external environmental changes within a timely manner.
- Demonstrates BMS behaviors.

Education / Experience / Language
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science

Experience
Market access experience
HTA management is a plus
Taiwan health authority experience is a plus
Cross-functional experience a definite asset

Language
Fluent in English and Mandarin
