1.負責大安店的日常運營,制定大安店經營規則和流程,確保遵守政策和程序,實現高效,優質的運營。
2.建立以目標為導向的銷售文化,培訓出色零售業務團隊。
3.確保高品質的客戶服務和銷售。
4.人員培訓發展計劃,並與產品/技術培訓團隊一起跟進培訓計劃,透過優質服務確保高水平的客戶滿意度。
5.監督並執行檔期活動並控制預算與費用。
6.每月向管理主管提交營業報告。
7.庫存管理。
8.店面形象與視覺管理。

1. Be responsible for the daily operation of Da-an store, formulate rules and processes for Da-an store operation, ensure compliance with policies and procedures and achieve efficient and high-quality operation.
2. Establish a goal-oriented selling culture that focuses on relationship selling by hiring, developing and training the team that performs excellent result to ensure retail management excellence.
3. Model and supervise the selling environment by providing consistent coaching on sales training process in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
4. Propose the development plan to increase knowledge and skills, and follow-up the training program with product/technical training team to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
5. Provide specific development for the team to cultivate store leadership and supervisor by assigning accountabilities and training with consistent follow-up and feedback.
6. Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by the marketing department. Plan & control expense budget on the retail activities (transportation, meeting…)
7. Ensure monthly detailed reporting to management (commercial lines including new launches)
8. Supervise operational responsibilities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all markdowns, transfers, damages, shipping and receiving in order to maintain the integrity of the inventory. Oversee loss prevention policies and procedure to be 100% compliant.
9. Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented efficiently as per direction and visual standards are maintained at all times.
