Operations & Logistics Manager - Global HQ

1. Manage the Operations & Logistics team at HQ, including operations, logistics, and purchasing.
2. Coordination of transport between facilities, monitoring needs, optimizing routes and managing subcontracted resources.
3. Direct and coordinate with the different departments to manage the logistics of both incoming and outgoing.
4. Coordinate and supervise the logistics management ensuring the most profitable methods and deliveries in the times and forms agreed with customers and suppliers.
5. Supervise that the negotiation lines in logistics are aligned with the strategy set by the Corporate Logistics VP ensuring the best conditions for the company.
6. Supervise proper management of stock levels.
7. Supervise the proper coordination of Logistic Area with the Sales Department to be able to communicate to the customer's possible breaks or incidents in the process.
8. Assign the necessary resources to each service, ensuring to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and the reliability of the operation, while guaranteeing the highest profitability for the company.
9. Ensure that processes and ERP facilitate the procurement tasks (new orders, workflow at orders, follow up and at receptions).
10. Negotiation of transportation fees with Forwarders and other logistic agents.
Supervises supply chain indicators and propose improvements:
• Quality incidences and corrective actions of external and internal suppliers.
• Days of stock.
• Slow movers.
• Minimum stock, delivery time needed, and therefore reposition point.
• Procurement lot.
• Incoterm conditions.

  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 工作技能: 培育人員職涯發展、督導人員工作績效、預測銷售量並擬定生產計畫、負責產銷協調溝通、庫存管理規劃作業、年度採購計劃制定、負責主料/物料庫儲之統籌與控管
  • 其它條件: Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
    Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-national and multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, and customers.
    Computer literate. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and related job specific software applications (Very valuable knowledge of SAP).
    Experienced in the management of logistics operations, and success in leading, managing and developing staff.
    Ability to manage the financial aspects of a department (purchasing, budget preparations, and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
    University technical studies, preferably in Administration and Logistic.
