Social Media Specialist

  • 全職

Responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategy and ad campaigns to align with Kingston brand messages and managing regional social platforms. Handle Kingston social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
1. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with brand's business goals. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
2. Craft and communicate message with a unique tone/persona to develop/maintain brand awareness and online reputation.
3. Develop and expand Kingston online community and influencer outreach efforts.
4. Compile platform and ad performance reports for management showing results (ROI).
5. Management of Social Media content calendar for all Far East Social Media platforms, including the management of outsource agency activities.
6. Day-to-day content posting, ad placements (boosts) and event content creation, coverage and posting on relevant channels.
7. Implementing new and updated platform features, functions and best practice across all Social channels.
8. Creation, execution and closure (including prize distribution) of competitions on relevant Social channels.
9. Utilize approved tools to monitor, respond to or escalate comments, direct messages and questions from all Social Media platforms as necessary.
10. Coordinate with Channel Marketing, PR, Marcom and Design teams to implement necessary social/advertising activities.
11. Management of contracted third party content poster.

  • 其它條件: 1. 2+ year experience in social media management, with a record of achievement and success in consumer and/or B2B products.
    2. Experience of platform building and execution across APAC region.
    3. Excellent understanding of Social Media platforms, tools and best practice. Be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
    4. Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies for content and ads managements that are proven by testing and metrics.
    5. Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
    6. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
    7. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
    8. Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
    9. Deep understanding of IT or consumer industry.
    10. Ability to understand and become familiar with new concepts very quickly.
    11. Pro-active, responsive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership - combined with tact, diplomacy and cultural sensitivity.
    12. Excellent attention to details with strong organizational skills and superior time management.
    13. Fluent in Chinese and English, Japanese will be a plus.
