Micron’s Taiwan sites include sales and technical support in Taipei along with state-of-the-art fabrication facilities in Taichung and Taoyuan that together comprise the company’s DRAM Center of Perfection. The Center’s goal is to achieve the most efficient and effective technology transfer and manufacturing ramp by combining front- and back-end manufacturing, product engineering and technology development roles.

Job Description
Responsible for plant safety inspection and audit.
6S security event planning and execution.
Fire prevention, entrance access control and CCTV system maintenance.
Abnormal incident & emergency response.
ERT training and drills.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Help CCTV/ AC security systems. Responding / notifying / monitoring / confirming in the first time when abnormal events occurs.
Perform inspection, maintenance and normal operation of fire-fighting equipment.
Planning / implementing of 6S New “Zero Injury” for Improvement activity. Consulting / analyzing environmental safety management effectiveness of all departments.
Planning emergency organizations of plant and holding the training of safety and response drills, strengthening the skills of ERT team.
Based on company's ESH Policy, to make an audit management plan and provide advices to all departments about improvement proposals and hazard Identification.
Planning and managing the equipment settings and daily check of emergency response.
Planning the drill evacuation of each building.
Contractor's safety and clean quality management.
Planning / implementation of IR detection for equipment and machine.
Perform safety checks of machine (for new/changed machine).
Performs other duties as directed.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor degree (or above) in industrial safety, environment protection and fire fighting, Electronics, EE, Chemical or relative fields.
At least one year working experience in industry safety, environmental protection, fire fighting relative fields; no experience can be acceptable.
Co-ordinate shifts.
Middle English ability degree.
Good fitness for emergency response.
