Franchise & Partnership Marketing Manager

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Franchise & Partnership Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in working together with the Senior Manager, Licensing to develop and implement the marketing strategies for the Licensed Property (brand) as set out by the Licensor.

He/she will strive to:
- To conceptualise & execute marketing strategies and programs in developing annual marketing work plan to drive brand awareness through various marketing and trade plans, adding value to assigned brands
- Provide a structured approach to plan/execute all digital marketing, including KOLS seeding, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Lead overall planning, implementation of marketing calendars, including the integration of both digital and on-ground/retail events
- Manage collaboration with key stakeholders and external partners to execute all activations
- Liaise with external agencies inclusive of guideline, work flow, timely delivery, copy writing and all marketing collaterals approvals
- Research and reporting on external opportunities and ideas.
- Manage the overall local marketing budget

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand Management
- In consultation with business unit head, design and implement marketing strategies for all marketing activities inclusive of both digital and on-ground activations for sell-through support.
- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space and measure, report performance of all campaigns to access against goals (ROI)
- Conduct/Organise local trade marketing activation in accordance with regional and local business head to work on all local planning
- Responsible for gathering all franchise update from Regional Franchise Manager and download to the local team (Sales & Creative)
- Development of presentation proposal to be used in marketing pitch
- Monitor and consolidate competitors reports (Retail activations and trends) on a monthly basis.
- Development of all assets/ brand decks and localization of campaigns including with instruction targeting key in country partners to execute/collaborate

2. Marketing & Retail Management
- Oversee flow of event implementation in all aspects and ensure proper implementation
- Ensure consistent usage of marketing materials, templates, retail promotions to support events/product launch/promotions at retail
- Lead planning and implementation of all approved activations
- Coordinate with all suppliers on cost and quality of artwork outputs
- Propose, seek approvals and monitor event budgets (P&L); seek approvals from Regional Marketing
- Solicit sponsorship support, as needed
- Submission of post event report upon completion of all events

3. Brand Visibility at Retail
- In consultation with business unit head, formulate retail marketing strategies to boost awareness of the brands for specific key retailers to sell the Licensed Products. This will include marketing materials, templates, retail promotions to support product launch/ promotions at retail, as well as leading up retail meetings
- Monitor retailer feedback on licensed products and address issues with Sales team and/or licensee, as appropriate
- Standardize look for all retail corners and Point of Sales Materials and ensure product visibility for all licensed brands and product categories
- Ensure Creative & BA approvals on all retail corner designs and POP materials

    • University degree in business, marketing or related field or extensive professional experience
    • 5 years professional experience in brand management, consumer products, licensing or retail marketing
    • Strong B2C marketing and digital experience, with proven track record and successful marketing activation for brands/products.
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing ( Eg: KOLS seeding, engagement )
    • Strong organizational, presentation and team leadership skills required
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and multi-tasks
    • Fluency in all Microsoft applications & database solutions
    • Personable and diplomatic in communications with all constituents
