YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be responsible for new product development projects, which include lab hand casting, up-scaling in production, product characterization, specification drafting and customer feedback tracking.
2. Responsible for optimization of existing products based on market requirements.
3. Work closely with Business Development and Sales to provide technical solutions to customer and evaluate business opportunities.
4. Support Production & Technology in Taiwan & APAC to improve product quality and production efficiency. Contribute to the definition of technical/asset requirements to achieve required product specifications.
5. Support product transfer among plants within Covestro.
6. Lead the research laboratory in specific areas of applications to support the implementation of business strategy.
