Job Title: Account Manager - Science account

Responsibilities:
1) Own all Science account sales responsibilities of specified MSD EM products relating to Science Markets including resolving any issues.
2) Define, align and implement Account Strategy
3) Developing and executing Science account growth strategy to align with division goals
4) Ensure the booing number and revenue recognition in line with targets
5) Manage roadmap to PO using structured selling approaches such as Miller-Heiman and ensure to follow compliance regulations strictly
6) Manage strategy and tactics for defined products in close cooperation with the Business Unit owners, Application team and Service teams
7) Confirm all system configurations, specifications and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders
8) Manage the distributor and agent
9) Apply PPI to identify and resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problems
10) Ensure and follow up CAS
11) Leverage the capability at Science Market to develop synergy projects.
12) Build up the culture with company 4i value
Minimum Qualifications:
- A university degree is required.
- Requires 5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- EM experience is preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills, good presentation skill
- Good knowledge of the Science industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop deep customer relationships and credibility, to gain insight into customers' requirements
- Demonstrate sophisticate leadership and interpersonal skills
