As Digital Manager you will be responsible for the growth of the company’s branding, marketing & CRM performance; marketing our platform to gain members and deliver client programs & achieve set KPIs. You will lead and manage the platform, and client service & marketing team to ensure we deliver our tasks & hit our quarterly and annual performance targets.
1) Annual platform marketing & Leadership (90%)
• Working with the assigned supervisor to plan monthly, quarterly and annual platform performance and CRM road maps.
• Developing go-to-market strategies and performance funnels using digital best practices with a view to having a competitive advantage.
• Arranging business meetings with all prospective clients and working with the relevant teams to reach the platform and clients' targets and leading the preparation of pitch decks and performance reporting.
• Leading proposals and developing content marketing, social strategies for our own platform and for the clients.
• Implementation and management of company-wide CRM system for platform, and business development. Ensuring teams execute and leverage tools as per Hello Health Group SOP.
• Negotiating on the company’s behalf with all key vendors and suppliers.
2) Recruitment & Reporting (10%)
• You will be in charge of recruiting and managing the CRM and Marketing staffs to ensure consistent growth for Hello Yishi & Client's performance
• Defining for the JDs for all local team members. Planning, Shortlisting and recruiting digital Marketing professionals as per requirement.
• Training all of the marketing teams how to use our technology, tracking sheets, and Google Analytics to measure their performance.
• Managing the roll-out and commitment to the Commercial SOPs for client service teams and processes and working with the senior managers in other markets to ensure these are suitably implemented locally.
• Measuring and tracking all key business performance indicators and presenting these to management & board of directors as necessary.
Qualifications
• 5 + years of experience working in Banking, Travel, E-commerce related digital performance and marketing field. Healthcare or FMCG experience is a plus.
• Has experiences of building and leading the teams
• Passion and a burning desire to make a big impact and change the World for the better. A highly flexible and adaptable character that embraces challenges.
• Strong track record of fast-paced and high-quality execution of digital marketing strategy, ability to work with tight deadlines and in early-stage companies.
• Strong Digital Marketing background, experienced in SEO/SEM, Social, Content strategy, etc. that related to performance marketing
• Proven ability to generate CRM performance, with experience working in or with marketing agencies and the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Leadership capabilities with a team-first mentality.
• Thrives in high-speed execution environments, able to make business trade offs without impacting desired performance.
• Strong communication skills, in both persuasion and presentation; English speaking fluency.
