The Industrialization engineer will support on bicycle frame development, with the following main objectives:
- Frame Development:
o In charge of frame development at suppliers (Alloy and Carbon)
o Technical Feasibility Study (check 3D / 2D and make sure frame a manufacturable)
o Manufacturing Process definition and improvement (Check and improve production process at suppliers to make sure production is stable and meet technical requirements)
o Follow Frame Testing (ISO tests) at Suppliers factory
o SOP definition
o Frame Measurement & Inspection
o Project follow-up
o Suppliers Visit (Frequent travel Mainly in China)

工作條件

工作技能：產品結構評估、產品試產檢討、產品機構設計、新產品研發與測試
其它條件： Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering (or related field)
- 2-10 years’ experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry
- Project Management competencies
- Experience in industrialization, methods, product development, manufacturing engineering, quality or supply-chain quality
- English mandatory
