E-Commerce Assistant Manager

  • 全職

1. Drive sales growth by analyzing the top sellers and supporting the product renewal.
2. Maximize any opportunities through the all effective media and online campaign to make sales growth.
3. Grow sales and improve gross profit by identifying and seeking business opportunities, analyzing market trends and benchmarking with other eCommerce operations.
4. Secure the agreed lead-time and cost frames.
5. Creating and implementing long-term strategic plans, providing clear direction, setting budgets and following up goals.
6. Developing attractive service offers that meet the customer's complete shopping needs.
7. Sell products and services, offer add-on and up-sell products that may benefit customer, and suggest alternative products when a customer-requested product is not available
8. Review daily and weekly reports to make recommendations to improve productivity and efficiencies
9. Stock management on all websites including pricing, stock on hand, replenishments, activation and deactivation
10. Campaign management including promotions, vouchers, text and settings
11. Ensure all campaigns functioning correctly ahead of key sales periods

  • 語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  • 工作技能: 提案與簡報技巧、網站企劃能力、網路活動規劃與執行、客戶資料更新維護、業績目標分配與績效達成、業績與管理報表撰寫、客戶情報蒐集、產品進銷存統計分析
  • 其它條件: 1. 5 years+ working experience from eCommerce and will prefer J&W or Retail or Home & Living experience, brand site is plus
    2. Good speaking and witting in English
    3. Strong command of digital and eCommerce toll and analytically skills.
    4. Proven ability and track record to optimize online sales and profit targets.
    5. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred
