1.了解餐廳整體設計及廚房配置規劃之準則 2.提供新餐廳配置規畫圖(含廚房)可行性評估報告 3.協調相關部門餐廳規劃的需求，並取得廚房設計核准，及時並準確修正圖面 4.與內部開發團隊及外部協力廠商溝通與管理 5.協同工程部提供成本分析或預算控管 6.配合公司工程及設備管理部門專案協助

接待大使/領台人員: •是客人與店家接觸的第一道防線，因此接待大使/領台人員必須樹立起店家品牌大使的專業形象。 •需用專業、熱情和積極的態度歡迎客人。 •負責維護與確認每晚客人名單和餐桌預訂。 •必須確保客人在抵達入口時及入座前能體驗到高效、快速和優質的服務。

調酒師: •為所有吧檯區和站立區的客人提供酒水和零食。 •能夠在人潮高峰期應給客人提供及時的服務。 •服務項目包括用最新鮮原料調成的雞尾酒和冰鎮瓶裝酒。 •調酒師應熟知調酒術，並為尋求建議的客人提供意見。 •調酒師還負責提升銷售，為酒吧內和站立區的客人提供優質服務。

收銀員: •負責服務區內所有客人的金融交易。 •收銀員應確保所有帳帳單準確，並及時發佈。收銀員將接受培訓，將操作核准的POS系統。 •收銀員為財務部提供準確及時的報告。

服務員: •代表了給場所和餐桌的客人提供的大多數服務。 •服務員需負責流量大的夜店餐桌和座位區的客人提供酒水服務。 •在任何時候服務員都應高效專業的工作，同時保持積極的態度及提供優質服務。 •服務員還負責通過推銷和提供優質服務，最大限度地提高所有座位區的銷售額。

貴賓公關: •應遵循所有特定的行銷要求和準則，同時重點發展個人客戶名單資料。 •負責銷售與預訂包廂、準備每工作日適當的客戶名單配額，並帶動現場氣氛。 •工作中需與服務員、調酒師、保安人員和管理層協調，確保給所有客戶帶來良好、安全、舒適、尊貴的客戶體驗。 •貴賓公關代表著公司品牌形象大使，在工作場合必須保持專業態度和穿著得體。 •貴賓公關還需負責通過推銷和提供優質服務，最大限度地提高所有座位區的銷售額。
