Criteria for Candidates: 1. Taiwanese nationals. 2. Holds Able seafarer engine (III/4) license. 3. Skilled and experienced mechanical technician in the maritime industry. 4. Proficient in engine maintenance and repair. 5. Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining auxiliary machinery. 6. Familiar with safety protocols and procedures. 7. Physically fit and able to work in challenging environments. 8. Detail-oriented and able to perform routine inspections. 9. Those who are interested in offshore wind power maritime engineering and are willing to work together to promote the localization of maritime engineering management and construction technology in Taiwan. 10. Applicants should have work planning abilities, crew training and development skills, organizational and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate and coordinate with international work teams. Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following): 1. Operate and maintain engines, pumps, and other machinery onboard. 2. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment. 3. Monitor fuel and lubricant levels, and ensure proper storage and handling. 4. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and implement appropriate solutions. 5. Assist engineers in performing maintenance tasks as required. 6. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized engine room. 7. Collaborate with the ship's crew and engineers to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
