Job title: Pre-Sales Solutions Architect – Manufacturing/IT systems Job Location: Bangkok, Thailand Job Description: Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with expertise in IT/OT Systems within digital manufacturing area Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities, bringing different perspectives to achieve success. • Engage with automation clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements and challenges, then promote solutions and product fit in requirement. • Offer expert experience on MES/MOM, SCADA/PLC, OT Networking, ERP production systems during sales engagements. • Respond to RFPs/RFIs , prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. • Serve in between required party such as clients , partner, vendor, internal teams, ensuring all perspectives are considered. • Contribute to sales strategies by offering technical insights and recommendations • Assist in developing sales materials and technical documentation. Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also encouraged. • Proven 10+ years of experience in the production digital thread, including business, process, IT systems, and data analysis, process improvement. • Experience with Plant OT, ERP, MES and IoT or Industry 4.0 technologies. • Certifications in relevant technologies or sales methodologies are a plus.
