Learn more about us at Heroic Faith Medical Science. 【Job Description】 As the Taiwan Regional Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Heroic Faith's innovative solutions, focusing on IVG and moderate sedation. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to align with our company’s vision of leveraging AI technology to advance healthcare standards in Taiwan. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional sales strategy, achieving financial targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a transformative journey that prioritizes patient safety, clinical excellence, and financial growth. 【Key Responsibilities】 ■Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with Heroic Faith’s vision and financial targets. Inspire and lead a high-performing, customer-focused sales team. Serve as a role model by demonstrating inclusive leadership and championing Heroic Faith's core values. ■Market Growth Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Identify and seize market opportunities for Heroic Faith's IVG solutions and AI-driven technologies. Collaborate with marketing, product, and medical teams to deliver impactful solutions that address clinical and operational needs. ■Customer Focus Understand and address the unique challenges of the Taiwan healthcare market, particularly in moderate sedation and non-intubated anesthesia. Advocate for patient-centric approaches that prioritize safety and efficiency. Gather insights from healthcare providers to refine strategies and develop tailored solutions. ■Operational Excellence Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and ensure achievement of revenue and profit goals. Foster collaboration across internal teams to optimize resource allocation and streamline workflows. Act as a liaison between Heroic Faith and external partners, representing the company in key industry events and partnerships.
