This role requires extensive design experience, project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive creative execution and enhance the market competitiveness of products and services. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Manage a team of eight members, including five UI/UX designers, one video production specialist, one brand designer, and one graphic designer. Ensure smooth collaboration and workflow efficiency. Creative Direction: Develop design strategies and guide the team in UI/UX design, branding, and graphic design to ensure outcomes align with the company's brand positioning. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee various design projects, including digital product interface design, commercial video production, and brand promotion. Ensure timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Agile Development Practices: Familiar with agile development processes and able to quickly adapt to changes, making flexible adjustments to project direction to meet market demands and user feedback. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and other relevant departments to ensure design solutions meet business needs and contribute to product and brand development. Talent Development & Motivation: Provide professional guidance and training to help team members enhance their skills and creativity. Foster a positive and motivated team environment. Quality Management & Problem-Solving: Ensure high standards for all design outputs, including UI interfaces, video content, and branding materials. Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during projects. Learning & Implementing AI Tools: Willing to learn and integrate various AI tools to enhance work efficiency and creativity. 學歷要求: 大學以上學歷,設計、視覺傳達相關科系優先。 工作經驗: 至少5年以上相關工作經驗,其中至少3年團隊管理經驗;有帶領跨領域團隊(UI/UX、影片製作、品牌和平面設計)的經驗佳。 技能要求: 精通其一,熟稔其他工具。UI/UX設計工具(例如Figma、Sketch)、影片製作軟體(像是Premiere Pro、After Effects)和平面設計工具(Photoshop、Illustrator)。 熟悉敏捷開發流程,能夠靈活應用在跨部門合作上。 有出色的創意和視覺呈現能力,對最新的設計趨勢有敏銳的觀察力。 溝通能力要好,也要能跟不同部門的人順利合作。 其他要求: 要有創業精神,能主動發現機會並勇於嘗試新想法。 腦筋要動得快,執行力也要夠,能在快節奏的環境下保持效率。 問題解決能力要好,也要能承受壓力。 Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in team management. Experience leading cross-functional teams (UI/UX, video production, branding, and graphic design) is a plus. Skills Requirements: Expertise in at least one of the following areas, with proficiency in others: UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) Video production software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) Graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with agile development processes and the ability to apply them effectively in cross-department collaboration. Strong creative and visual presentation skills, with a keen eye for the latest design trends. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with different departments. Other Requirements: Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in identifying opportunities and experimenting with new ideas. Quick thinking and strong execution skills, capable of maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
