職位描述: 我們正在尋找一位具備從零到一搭建能力的 C端站點運營負責人,負責規劃、搭建並推動公司自有C端站點的運營與推廣工作。此職位需要對C端用戶需求、數據分析及市場推廣有深入理解,能夠帶領專案從無到有,並持續優化用戶體驗與業務成效。 主要職責: 1.站點搭建與規劃: 從零到一負責公司C端站點的整體規劃,包括功能設計、用戶體驗優化及技術實現方案的協調。 2.運營策略制定與執行: 制定並執行站點運營策略,涵蓋用戶拉新、活躍度提升、留存及轉化等目標,確保站點流量與商業價值的穩定增長。 3.數據驅動決策: 監控並分析站點的核心數據指標(如流量、轉化率、留存率等),根據數據洞察制定優化方案,持續提升運營效果。 4.推廣與行銷活動: 策劃並執行數字行銷和推廣活動,包括SEO/SEM、社交媒體行銷、內容行銷等,提升品牌曝光和用戶轉化。 5.跨部門協作: 與產品、技術、設計及市場團隊緊密合作,確保專案按時高品質完成,並推動站點功能迭代及用戶體驗優化。 6.競品分析與市場洞察: 定期進行市場調研和競品分析,發掘潛在機會並提出創新性解決方案,保持產品競爭力。 7.平台上架與發行經驗: 熟悉APP於各大平台(如 Apple App Store、Google Play 等)上架流程與審核規範,能有效管理上架排程與資料提交流程;具備手機與網頁端遊戲發行經驗,熟悉從發行準備、版本更新到營運推廣的完整流程,能有效整合行銷與產品節奏,提升產品市場表現。 工作經驗: 至少3年以上C端網站運營或相關經驗,有成功從零到一搭建C端產品或站點的經驗者優先。 過往運營C端站點仍在線上運營的優先。 熟悉B2B SaaS相關業務模式者佳。 Job Description: We are looking for a C-end Website Operations Lead with the ability to build from scratch, responsible for planning, establishing, and driving the operations and promotion of the company’s proprietary C-end website. This role requires a deep understanding of C-end user needs, data analysis, and market promotion. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a project from inception to execution while continuously optimizing the user experience and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Website Planning & Development: Take ownership of the end-to-end planning of the company’s C-end website, including functional design, user experience optimization, and coordination of technical implementation. Operations Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the website operations strategy, covering key objectives such as user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion to ensure sustainable growth in traffic and commercial value. Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze core website performance metrics (such as traffic, conversion rate, and retention rate) to generate insights and formulate optimization plans to continuously improve operational effectiveness. Marketing & Promotion Activities: Plan and execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing, to enhance brand exposure and user conversion. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, design, and marketing teams to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality while driving feature iterations and user experience improvements. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities and propose innovative solutions to maintain the product’s competitiveness. Platform Launch and Publishing Experience: The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the app launch and review processes for major platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. This includes managing submission materials, coordinating release schedules, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. Experience in publishing both mobile and web-based games is essential, along with a solid understanding of the full publishing cycle—from pre-launch preparations and version updates to live operations and promotional activities. The candidate should be able to coordinate effectively with marketing and product teams to align publishing efforts with go-to-market strategies and maximize product performance. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in C-end website operations or related fields, with a proven track record of successfully building and operating C-end products or websites from the ground up. Prior experience managing a C-end website that is still active online is preferred. Familiarity with the B2B SaaS business model is a plus.
