Android 原生開發工程師

工作內容： 1.參與公司 Android 原生 App 的開發、維護與優化 2.根據產品設計規格進行功能開發、介面串接與除錯 3.與後端工程師合作串接 API，確保資料傳輸正確與即時性 4.撰寫乾淨、可維護、模組化的 Kotlin 程式碼 5.依據使用者回饋與數據進行功能調整與效能優化 6.協助進行單元測試、UI 測試與問題追蹤 7.參與 Scrum 團隊流程，定期與 PM/設計/測試協作 必要條件： 1.熟悉 Android 原生開發，熟練使用 Kotlin（Java 為加分） 2.熟悉 MVVM、Jetpack Compose、AndroidX 等開發架構 3.理解 Retrofit、Room、LiveData、Coroutine 等主流工具與套件 4.熟悉 Git 操作與版本控制流程 5.能獨立開發並解決技術問題，具備良好的問題拆解與除錯能力 6.具備基礎的 UI/UX 認知，能與設計師有效溝通 7.有責任感，樂於學習，能融入團隊共同成長 加分條件： 1.有實際上架於 Google Play 的作品 2.熟悉 CI/CD 流程、Firebase、Crashlytics 等工具 3.有參與過跨部門協作產品開發經驗 4.對 Clean Architecture、TDD 有實作經驗 5.具備遠端工作或新創團隊經驗 Responsibilities 1.Develop, maintain, and optimize native Android applications with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability 2.Implement UI and business logic based on product specifications using Jetpack Compose and AndroidX libraries 3.Integrate RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend engineers, ensuring data consistency and real-time responsiveness 4.Write clean, testable, and modular Kotlin code following best practices (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) 5.Analyze usage data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement in features and performance 6.Conduct unit tests and UI tests to ensure code stability and reliability across Android versions 7.Participate in Agile/Scrum workflows, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional discussions Required Qualifications 1.Proven experience in native Android development with Kotlin as the primary language (Java experience is a plus) 2.Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM and experience with Jetpack Compose, AndroidX, and modular app structure 3.Proficiency with libraries and tools such as Retrofit, Room, LiveData, Coroutines, and Jetpack components 4.Hands-on experience with Git, including branching strategies and pull request workflows 5.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills, with the ability to work independently on complex issues 6.Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers 7.Self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable within a fast-paced development environment Preferred Qualifications 1.Published Android applications on Google Play with measurable impact 2.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, and performance monitoring solutions 3.Involvement in cross-functional product development involving product managers, designers, and QA 4.Working knowledge of Clean Architecture principles and test-driven development (TDD) 5.Prior experience in remote teams or startup environments with agile culture
