E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven E-Commerce Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our online stores and marketplaces. Position: E-Commerce Operations Specialist Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site (In Office) Schedule: Monday-Friday / 0900 - 1800 (Taiwan Time) Job Responsibilities • Creating, monitoring, updating and optimizing product listings across multiple platforms • Processing incoming orders electronically and verifying order accuracy • Analyzing and researching sales trends and pricing strategies • Tracking product sales performance metrics • Generate and organize performance report periodically • Report any order related issues to management • Data Entry • Other related tasks as assigned Ability, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements • Required computer skills: Outlook, excel, word • Accurate typing in English at 35 words per minute • Able to confidently and effectively communicate in English. Verbal and written. • Responsible, punctual and self-motivated • General math, good verbal and written skills. Professional etiquette • Experienced in E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and etc.)
