*Job Description:
As the new product Project Manager, you will be responsible for integrating internal and external teams to ensure the successful development, testing, production, and market launch of our new products. You will coordinate with various departments within the company and work closely with external partners and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time and meets quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans for the new product development, ensuring project goals and milestones are achieved.
- Manage the project team, coordinating the work of internal engineers, designers, testers, and other relevant personnel.
- Communicate with external suppliers and partners to ensure timely provision of resources and equipment.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
- Address and resolve any issues and challenges that arise during the project, providing effective solutions.
- Communicate and report project status, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure product testing and quality control to meet market and customer needs.
- Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
- Lead the product launch, marketing, and sales plans to ensure a successful market introduction.
