1 Able to analyze situations, make quick decisions and formulate action plans
2 Able to investigate site incidents and provide detailed reports
3 Experience working with security service providers
4 Working knowledge of security software systems
5 Working knowledge of video surveillance equipment
6 Proficient with computers and Microsoft office tools such as outlook, word excel and 7 power point, knowledge of G suite is a plus
8 Must be capable of creating and managing key performance metrics
9 Experienced training others in security procedures
10 Able to work independently with little direction
11 May be required to participate in on-call rotation
