【主要工作內容】 1. Support the execution of key initiatives and priorities set by the supervisor 支持主管設定的關鍵計劃和優先事項的執行 2. Proofread and finalize for all materials related to the event (e.g., content briefing, event materials and handouts) 校對和定稿所有與活動相關的材料(例如,內容簡報、活動材料和講義) 3.Assist academy team for end-to-end customer consultation and communication (e.g., if the customers have questions on pricing, schedule, etc.) 協助學院團隊進行客戶諮詢和溝通 4. Coordinate masters’ logistics before, during and after event period 協調導師在活動期間前後的物流 5. Support administrative materials – e.g., expenses claims/reimbursements, tracking of hours, and payment confirmation 支持行政材料處理 – 例如,費用申請/報銷、工時跟蹤和付款確認 6. Assist students in their application for certification and qualification review 協助學生申請認證和資格審查 7. Coordination with schedule team 與協調團隊 時間表 8.Tasks and projects assign by supervisor 主管指派的任務和項目 【需求條件】 1. Expert in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); capable to consolidate data and analyze reports 精通 Microsoft Office(例如,Word、Excel、PowerPoint);能夠整合數據和分析報告 2. Passionate and informed about yoga, fitness, music, and community 對瑜伽、健身、音樂和社區充滿熱情和了解 3. Fluent in English, native in Chinese 英語流利,中文為母語
