As a Business HR Executive, your main purpose is to partner with business in developing people, organization, skills, culture and engagement to improve performance and to achieve business goals.
Accountabilities:

• Advise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers on people-related issues and processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment).
• Support Business Managers in translating business priorities into Functional goals and objectives.
• Understand the business, its issues and challenges, to provide specific advice to Business Managers.
• Formulate fair and equitable processes on employee counseling and discipline and play an active role in solving any issues.
• Deploy COE initiatives/programs throughout the annual cycle such as performance management, merit increase, leadership training, employee opinion survey, etc.
• Drive talent acquisition to ensure talent pipeline and talent development of the supported business functions
