A Marketing supervisor/ executive is responsible to adopting brand and product strategy to grow sales and brand awareness, preference and loyalty.
Job Description as below:
1.【Assist line manager and MKT team to form product strategy】
▶ Define and understand target consumers’ insight, behavior via daily observation, pebble survey, market research report etc.
▶ Understand business status quo, challenge and opportunity, then propose product strategy based on fact base.
2.【Product Campaign and Cooperation planning and execution】
▶ Based on aligned product strategy to propose annual plan with resource allocation.
▶ NPD launch plan and execution based on consumers’ insight and feasibility.
▶ In-store POSM design, printing and implementation.
▶ Communication content development and media plan, execution on owned, paid, shared and earned media.
▶ Co-work with channel team to optimize product listing in each channel.
▶ Co-work with internal cross functional teams including RD, QA, SCM, IT, FIN, OP teams for flawless execution and solve problems if any.
▶ Well manage external agency partners including creative, social, media and PR agencies to have flawless execution.
▶ Well manage and fully utilize product A&P to maximize ROI.
▶ Timely review campaign performance to adjust plan and execution if any.
3.【Periodical report and post evaluation】
▶ Utilize analysis tool (such as Power BI) to deep dive campaign performance and effectiveness, to have solid learning and implication for future plan.
▶ Conduct weekly sales review on every Monday sales review meeting.
▶ Prepare quarterly performance review for every quarterly board meeting.
▶ Ad hoc review if needed.
