Job Scope
To operate within the scope of Marketing Activity Management in recommending, executing programs and introducing new products that contributes to the growth of business.
Responsibilities
- Plan & implement annual marketing, PR, and new product launch activities for all appointed brands
- Propose short-term and mid-term brand strategy to ensure healthy sales growth
- Execute media & digital marketing campaign (social media / KOL / key words / official website refresh)
- Construct marketing & promotion activities proposals based on financial analysis, and review & implement with cross functions, followed by a post-tracking evaluation
- Competitive analysis and business analysis in a periodic base
- Responsible for the P&L and A&P budget control for all appointed brands
- Responsible for new product development
- Conduct consumer research when needed
- Responsible for routine job of marketing affairs
