接待分行客戶,提供優質且標準化的銀行開戶與交易之相關行政及作業支援
服務客戶的過程中了解並發掘客戶需求,主動提供或轉介本行消費金融產品及服務。
(1)協助並支援分行日常事務 To assist and support other branch day to day affairs
(2)理財與非理財業務轉介 Referral of wealth-management and non-wealth-management businesses.
(3)協助分行服務品質的提升 Assistance in service quality improvement in the branch.
(4)協助分行事務品質的提升Assistance in operation quality improvement in the branch.
(5)支援分行櫃員業務(現金收付、熟悉活期 支存 定期 匯款 代收票據等各項作業規範) Support cross-service teller operation (cash collection and payment, good working knowledge on operational requirements of current deposits, cheque deposits, time deposits, remittance, and bill collection).
