Develop tests and debugging tools to analyze functionality of hardware systems. Prepare plans for validation methods, tools, and processes for various tests. Coordinate travel to suppliers (foreign and domestic) to establish technical and manufacturing processes required during product development and volume manufacturing ramp. Driving teester key performance metrics (Yield, UPH, testing Cycle Time, Cost, OEE etc.) Skills: Understanding of optical testing, hardware schematics, drawings, blueprints, diagrams. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Problem solving and product validation Knowledge of basic hardware systems and tools for testing them. Minimum Qualifications: BS or MS degree in engineering or related field 4+ years of experience in consumer electronic product development & volume manufacturing Experience with domestic and/or international consumer electronics vendors and supply chain Understanding of fundamental considerations of building hardware in development and volume production stages Experience in test automation, frameworks, SAT and FAT concept to enable comprehensive test coverage Background in delivering optical camera or display module test solutions Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of module test and manufacturing processes with direct experience managing manufacturing test implementation and execution Demonstrated ability to deploy test stations and troubleshoot manufacturing test issues Experience and proficiency in analyzing tester GRR and Correlation data Can-do attitude with the ability to drive results, motivate, and instill a sense of urgency in others Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision Travel required: up to 40%

Display TPMs must excel in many areas including communication, organization, strategic planning and technical understanding which will lead to providing customers with the best user-experience in the industry for AR/VR products. Responsibilities - Partner with display engineering team on development activities which includes long range strategic planning for display and silicon, optical architecture definition, and NPI to mass production execution. - Operates at different levels of ambiguity, from high-level strategic planning (technology selection, organizational structure, commercial partnerships, investment) to tactical project management (prioritization, schedule creation, milestone definition and execution, and deliverables management). - Breakdown the complexity of deep technical programs to enable a clear understanding of scope and deliverables to a wide audience of team members. - Act as the main channel of communication in key formal discussions that involve technical team leaders, cross functional and external partners, and other members of the organization. Lead program milestone reviews and present project status to the executive team. - Establish the product development plan, drive the execution, and manage the day-to-day activities of the program. - Identify resources needed and work closely with team leaders to maintain full visibility of the project schedule and potential roadblocks. - Evaluate suppliers’ capabilities to meet product requirements, partner with the Ops team to establish a robust and scalable supply chain strategy. - Lead product development activities to specify, procure, measure, and build advanced display & optics components and assemblies for AR/VR displays. - Proactively identify technical, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative solutions to address them and manage risk. - Be able to travel internationally up to 15% of the time. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, materials science, or a similar field. - 3+ years as a technical program manager (or related role) leading complex display development programs. - Experience leading and partnering with Asian-based vendors and contract manufacturers. - Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and technology transfer best practice and tools. - Experience leading teams through a phased product development lifecycle. - Demonstrated experience in developing, shipping and ramping product into high volume manufacturing. - Experience communicating technical information to non-experts, at all levels of the organization. - Experience building, coordinating, and maintaining schedules across multiple teams, and managing shared resources to lead successful technology development programs. - Experience motivating, influencing, and resolving conflict amongst a cross-functional team. - Communication skills with experience synthesizing information into the most concise points to move a team/initiative forward. Has solid understanding in Data Center Switching and storage technologies Provides consultation to independently solve sophisticated product and network problems Effectively utilizes sophisticated lab setups to duplicate and solve problems Provides systems/product training and intellectual property material Job requirement Hands on experience on Datacenter Networking (Nexus 3000, 9300), UCS-B System/Other issues and Storage Networking. Hands on experience on SV (Server Virtualization), DCRS, DC Software, ACI and Storage. Knowledge on SWITCHING Technologies like STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP,VLAN Knowledge of Cisco switching Platforms like Cat 6500, 6800, 4500, 3850, Nexus 7K, Nexus 6k, Nexus 5k, Nexus 3K Experience supporting client servers (blades and rack systems) Strong good experience on Server/Storage experience providing high level technical support within a Server environment Knowledge of controllers, drivers and networking components Knowledge of fiber channel operation and protocols. Experience installing drivers/updating drivers Expertise on UCS-B & C series, Storage, Network or Server O/S certifications Knowledge of server OS Windows, VMware, Linux Experience within Ethernet and/or SAN environment Certified technical specialist in more than one area with a wide understanding of Networking technologies and Cisco products (this is a variable based on our requirement) In depth understanding of solving problems methodology and case management tools
