To manage LSTW’s outbound logistics operations and ensure the achievement of KPIs related to on time order delivery, effective order arrangement and service deliverables.
Scope:
• Create order and monitor order delivery status.
• Manage DC to customer outbound delivery and customer to DC returns.
• Manage E commerce warehouse operation
• Customer service support

Outbound related
• Order creation. (Booking, close out, additional, return, sample and export order.)
• Monitor DC outbound delivery status
• Call-back status checking and communicate with related parties.
• Return handling, physical count support and ensure the solutions offered are reliable.
• Provide monthly inbound and outbound rolling forecast to DC for capacity planning and work with 3PLs to ensure the service level achievement even with capacity constraint during the peak season.
• Monitor and manage EC warehouse operation to support multi-platform operation module.
• Organize regular meetings with DC and lead the performance review to identify improvement opportunities, formulate action plan and follow through the execution.
• Monitor and ensure the compliance of distribution and warehouse management policies and procedures in both DC and EC warehouse.
• Identify and support the implementation of systems and process related initiatives, which will lead to upgraded service and efficient operation.
• Payment preparation (warehouse, consumable, distribution…etc)
